Refund Policy
No donor will be permitted to withdraw their donation in whole. The heads the donor chooses at our online giving page will receive the donation. No individual or organization is required to donate money to Amena Sheikh Shomajkalyan Shongstha; instead, donations are made voluntarily in support of the organization's goals for the educational and developmental needs of its children.
However, in terms of the reimbursement, if you accidentally donated more than the amount stated, we are able to get a partial refund. If you find a payment issue or suspect fraudulent use of your credit or debit card, please get in touch with us within 15 days of the donation date.
